To help you maintain social distancing, we offer virtual real estate classes via video conferencing as an alternative to in-person meetings. We’ll go over the key things you’re looking for in your journey in pursuing a career in real estate and come up with a plan so you can succeed.

60 hour –
basic class

This intensive 60-hour course meets Washington state requirements for pre-licensing education prior to taking the state license exam for real estate salespersons. All topics relevant to the industry and the state exam will be covered in detail.

Personal Coaching

When it comes to getting your real estate license safely in this new world, no matter where you are or what situation you’re in, we’re here to help.

30 hour –
practice test

30-clock hour course is part of the Broker Prelicense requirement of 90 clock hours. The Practices course is to be taken after the 60-hour Washington Fundamentals Course.
